Our European partner has decades of experience in injection molding. Whether small and simple or bigger, more complex parts, the company can produce almost anything. Over time simple moldings became more complex consisting of multiple components (2K), over-moldings, and insert molding. Clamping forces range from 250 – 10,000 kN, all modern state-of-the-art injection molding machines. All common types of thermoplastic materials can be processed (PP, PE, TPO, TPE, PC, PA, ABS, POM, PBT etc.). With ERP and tool shop we can support tool maintenance and repair. With the project team on site, we have capacity to launch up to 120 tools per year. Full lab, IATF16949 certification, assembly and secondary operations available. Customers in Automotive, Medical, Appliance and Industrial utilize quick-turnaround build-to-print manufacturing.
